About us
Who we are
A family-founded, research-led team of multidisciplinary specialists providing personalised neurodiversity and holistic healthcare. We’re here to offer a different kind of ADHD and neurodiversity service - one that sees the person before the diagnosis, understands the whole picture, and puts individual needs at the heart of care.
Our vision
We are a medical organisation built around an individualised, whole-person and research-led approach. Our philosophy is that an ADHD assessment should never simply be a process of determining whether somebody meets diagnostic criteria.
The journey is about the person, their story and their life.
Every individual who comes to us has a unique combination of experiences, strengths, challenges, relationships, physical health, emotional wellbeing, upbringing, culture and environment. Our role is to understand how those pieces fit together.
Whether an individual ultimately receives an ADHD diagnosis or does not meet the diagnostic threshold, their assessment should still provide something valuable: greater understanding, meaningful recommendations and a clearer pathway forward.
We move the conversation from “Do I have ADHD?” to “What is happening in my life, what may be contributing to my difficulties, and what support could help me thrive?”
What makes the Holistic ADHD Centre different?
Our key differentiator is not simply that we provide ADHD assessments. It is the model surrounding the assessment:
- •Comprehensive ADHD assessment.
- •Collateral perspectives from somebody who knows the individual well.
- •A full psychiatric review and consideration of differential diagnoses and co-occurring difficulties.
- •Consideration of the individual’s wider physical health and wellbeing.
- •Exploration of upbringing, environment and cultural context.
- •Specialist nutritional assessment where appropriate.
- •Ongoing ADHD and life coaching.
- •Access to medication/titration pathways for those who wish to explore them.
- •Longitudinal follow-up and research into patient outcomes.
Our values
Holistic · Inclusive · Personalised · Empowering · Compassionate
Everyone who comes to us deserves to feel seen and heard whatever their age, gender, or cultural background. Neurodiversity looks different for everyone, and so does the support we offer.
Our research commitment
We do not simply want to provide services; we want to understand
whether the support we provide makes a meaningful difference to people’s lives.
Our ambition is to follow patient outcomes longitudinally, including over approximately 12 months, using appropriate and validated measures where possible
